  • Does have offline retail stores?

No, we do not have offline store. is an online fine jewelry store where you can shop 24 hours a day. Products can only be ordered online via website or by calling our CS (+62) 812 96 4007 96 and will be sent directly to your address.


  • Do I need to create an account to buy jewel at

Yes, you need to do that. By creating your account, it is easier for you to buy at because you do not need to write your personal data and your address every time you want to but at us. You also can get special benefit such as our newsletter to explore more our new style updates, special offer (promotion) etc.


  • How to change my personal data in

You can login to and access page of "My Account" then edit your personal data.


  • What happens after I submit or click "Check Out"?

We will send you order details and account number to be transferred. When you have completed your payment, KeepThatOne suggests that you put your “order number” in the bank transfer remarks (if you use bank transfer as your payment method) and confirm the payment by clicking the "confirm payment" in "My Account" page. Or you can also confirm your payment by fill in order confirmation email. When the confirmation process is completed, we will immediately process your order and send it to the address provided. Please take note that we cannot proceed your order until you confirm your payment.


  • Are the payment and my data in secured?

Our payment process and your data are secured and we always keep your personal data and payment data confidentially. Your data will not be used for any purpose beyond


  • Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if you have not made payment (bank transfer) to our account by just placing another order.

However, once you make a payment, your order can not be cancelled and refund with cash. If you would like to return, we will not refund your money with cash but we will give credit store instead. Further explanation can be seen in


  • How if I receive a product that does not match my orders?

If you indeed receive the mismatch products, you can call or e-mail our customer service to ask for exchanging the product. All delivery cost in this case will be free.


  • Can I return purchased products?

  • How can I know if has already received my returned products?

Customer Service will send you an email, after our warehouse has processed the returned products. Then, you will receive credit store in your account. If you do not get the email within 7 working days after you send the products, you can call or e-mail our customer service to check the status of the products.
